Clinic Online Request Form: Add Full Name to the existing Professional line
Add Faculty’s Full Name to the existing Professional (or Licenses & Degrees) line on the Online Request Form. There are TWO Clinic Practitioners’ pages: One for San Joe, the other, Santa Cruz The Full Name should be added to both pages of both languages.

Bug fixing: On Chinese Faculty page, when clicking any letter, it jumps to English page search results.
On Chinese Faculty page, it will show all Faculty for the specific page. After clicking (selecting) any letter (A – Z), it should display search results of the selected letter. However, it was found that the search results were displayed as English page, not Chinese page.
Bug fixing: Faculty page “All” link does not work
The Faculty page will start with “All” faculty of the indicated group. But after clicking on a specific letter, it displays whatever record(s) that meet the criterion Letter. Then if the user click “All”, it displays this “No Faculty members found” message.
