IntraApps: Faculty – Add Chair department description data field
To provide more info related to a faculty who is the Chair of a department. A new data field “chair_desc” was added after “ischair” (last) data field. It’s implemented on 8/8/2022.

Delete the unused Alumni website folders
The copy on this account is not used. It’s not just confusing but also taking up unnecessary disk space. It was zipped, downloaded, and then archived on Google Drive. Then its files on the remote server were removed on 8/3/2022 to save around 180 MB disk space.
Turn off Debug mode for Alumni websites

Reduce Alumni website related file size
The Error Log file was found with 11.8 GB.The first log of that date is “01-Oct-2019 15:18:45 UTC”More than 2.5 years ago. Add photo field to “Search for Faculty” page to monitor Faculty photo status
To better monitor the Faculty photo status, the photo field is included in the table. If that field (or column in the table) is blank, there is no photo assigned to that particular Faculty member.
